Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Specialized Dental Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front office operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greets and checks in patients, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring accurate registration.
  • Verifies patient insurance and communicates benefits effectively.
  • Schedules appointments and enters them into the schedule.
  • Collects payments and reconciles daily cash reports.
  • Conducts reminder calls to patients and maintains a positive and team-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Dental front office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental software programs a plus.
