Key Responsibilities
- Greets and checks in patients, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring accurate registration.
- Verifies patient insurance and communicates benefits effectively.
- Schedules appointments and enters them into the schedule.
- Collects payments and reconciles daily cash reports.
- Conducts reminder calls to patients and maintains a positive and team-focused mindset.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dental front office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental software programs a plus.
