Experience:
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with IT procurement vendors to ensure the best value and quality of service.
- Procurement: Oversee the procurement process for IT equipment and services, including negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Warehousing: Manage the storage and distribution of computer equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels and organization.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including tracking their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
- Delivery Tracking: Monitor and track the delivery of IT equipment to ensure timely and accurate receipt.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and vendor performance to support decision-making.
Minimum 3 years specializing in IT procurement.- Working knowledge of HALO IT Service Management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and inventory management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and asset management systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
