- Coordinate and manage special education programs, including developing and implementing IEPs.
- Collaborate with classroom staff to assess student needs and determine assignments.
- Recruit, interview and onboard new staff members.
- Develop and implement transition planning and services.
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation and maintain compliance with ISBE regulations.
