The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s marketing initiatives through graphic design, event coordination, and the creation of corporate marketing materials. This role involves managing projects related to branding, trade show marketing, and the development of print and digital collateral to ensure the company's messaging aligns with its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design
- Design visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and digital content.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create graphics for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
2. Trade Show & Event Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing efforts for corporate trade shows and events.
- Develop booth designs, signage, and promotional materials to maximize brand visibility.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop trade show strategies, including lead generation and follow-up initiatives.
3. Marketing Material Development
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality corporate brochures, presentations, and other collateral.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
- Research and recommend innovative approaches to enhance print and digital marketing assets.
4. Collaboration & Project Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership, to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Work with vendors, printers, and external agencies as needed to produce marketing materials.
5. Market Research & Analytics
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing practices.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing materials and event campaigns, providing actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, focusing on graphic design and event coordination.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong brand management and corporate marketing material experience.
- Excellent project management skills – you can juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
- Stellar communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with CRM platforms & email marketing tools
- Basic web design & content management system knowledge
- Skills in photography, videography, or video editing
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, crouch, bend, and use hands.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds (assistance available).
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals may occur.
- Noise levels range from moderate (office) to loud (warehouse or customer site).
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
