Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting, cleaning, and servicing rental and customer equipment to ensure it’s in top working condition; paint and repair equipment containers
• Tool Regrinding: Operating and maintaining in-house equipment; regrind tools to precision standards; regrind blades and ensure proper tool operation
• Operations Support: Collaborating with the regional team to manage inventory, forecast rental cycles, and improve processes
• Customer Interaction: Delivering exceptional service through professional communication and technical know-how
• Continuous Improvement: Leading or assisting with projects to enhance our rental and repair programs
• Function test machines and verify inventory
• Complete accurate documentation for all service and shipping activities
• Provide mentorship and training to team members
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience, or a combination of education and hands-on experience
• Strong multitasking and technical skills
• A team-first attitude with a commitment to excellence
• A customer-first mentality and the drive to own and solve problems
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• High accountability and a results-driven attitude
• A willingness to learn and adapt through coaching
• Strong values of honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, crouch, bend, and use hands
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds (assistance available)
• Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals may occur.
• Noise levels range from moderate (office) to loud (warehouse or customer site).
• Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
