Key Responsibilities:
· Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts
· Ensuring purchased goods are received, labeled, stored properly, and recorded in the system
· Organizing storage locations for efficient warehouse space utilization
· Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, including air, ocean, and domestic trucking logistics
· Preparing shipping documentation, including customs clearance paperwork
· Tracking and coordinating sub-contract parts to ensure timely shipment and receipt
· Working with purchasing and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
· Investigating and resolving discrepancies in stock counts and inventory records
What We’re Looking For
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
· Preferred: Associate’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field
· Experience: 2-3 years in logistics coordination or inventory management
· Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
· Experience in manufacturing, import/export logistics, and working with freight forwarders

Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, crouch, bend, and use hands
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds (assistance available)
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
· Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals may occur.
· Noise levels range from moderate (office) to loud (warehouse or customer site).
· Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
