• Participating in patient care planning, collaborating with RNs and physicians
• Recording patient condition and care, maintaining accurate clinical notes and summaries
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, teaching self-care techniques
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to universal precautions and emergency procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
• Approximately 1 year of experience as an LPN in home care, med surg, or ED setting
• Current state license as an LPN
• IV certification
• CPR certification and valid driver's license
