Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, youll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical landscape. Youll support senior technical leadership, assist in driving technical initiatives, and collaborate with a talented team to address the unique challenges of the property management industry.
Responsibilities
1. Design and Development :
Build, maintain, and enhance scalable software solutions tailored to property management operations.
Leverage advanced analytics, AI / machine learning, data modeling, and intuitive dashboards to drive business insights.
2. Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement impactful software solutions.
Contribute to software architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Supporting Technical Leadership :
Assist senior technical leaders in planning and executing key projects.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high-quality development standards.
4. Optimization :
Focus on developing tools and systems that improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable results.
What You Bring
Education : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience :
5-7 years of professional software development experience.
A proven track record of building scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java , Python , or C# .
Hands-on experience with both relational (e.g., MySQL , Postgres ) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB , Cassandra ) databases.
Expertise in agile methodologies, design patterns, and testing frameworks.
Soft Skills :
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
A passion for mentoring and fostering growth within a team.
Preferred Experience :
Familiarity with property management software like Propertyware or HubSpot .
Industry knowledge of real estate or property management (a plus, but not required).
