Job Title: Enterprise Architect, Program Director

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (onsite)

Salary Range: $200-250K approximate 15% ADB

Relocation Assistance: Paid $5-10K

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the architectural vision, strategy, and execution for our organization. In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee a talented team of direct reports; including EAs, BAs, SAs, and QAs. You will be responsible for delivering innovative and scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, generating revenue, and establishing a competitive edge in the market.

This position requires a seasoned leader with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical strategies and drive the implementation of enterprise-wide architectural initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in architecture and design, including enterprise, application, data, infrastructure, and integration architecture.
• 7 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving architectural initiatives.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with tech stacks: AZURE, MULESOFT, DATABRICKS
• Proven expertise in enterprise blueprints, governance, and architectural road mapping.
• Strong experience integrating SaaS solutions.
• Financial ERP, Payroll, and Billing application experience.
