Job Description :
Seeking a passionate, dedicated, motivated, and proven Civil Engineer for a Project Manager position in our client's Charlotte, NC office. He or she will be responsible for leading a team, project management and production of high quality site plans, construction plan documents, and related calculations for land development projects.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 year of experience is desired
- Experience in private sector for builders and developers, especially both in large greenfield and infill single family detached residential developments (SFD, Townhomes). Experience in multifamily, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in Conceptual Design, DD, and Construction Document preparation, Permitting, Construction Administration & As-builts.
- Demonstrated design skills and commanding understanding of site, grading, storm drainage, SCM stormwater management design, Erosion Control, earthwork balancing, gravity sewer and water systems. Pump Station, Forcemain, and low pressure sewer are a plus.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with ability and eagerness to make presentation to Clients and the general public
- Ability to lead and / or co-manage with other PMs in a team setting and in fast paced environment while meeting tight deadlines and budgets.
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn local ordinances and rezoning process is a must
- Proficiency in Civil 3D 2025 & other software applications such as HydroCad, Hydraflow Hydrograph, Hydraflow Storm Sewer, HEC-RAS, WaterCad.
