Experience:
2-5 years working in procurement for a homebuilder
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the following disciplines and in order of preference:
· Supply Chain
· Construction Management
· Finance
· Business

Overview of responsibilities:
· Influence vendors, suppliers, and distributors to positively influence the business
(Assertiveness: Be comfortable calling stakeholders on the phone to move projects forward. Escalate matters to external bosses as needed)
· Work occasional evenings and weekends to keep projects on schedule (for exempt employees)
· Analyze scenarios, design, and implement project plans, and make business recommendations
· Respond to inquiries in a timely manner ensuring issues are resolved with a positive outcome
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
