VP, Enterprise Architecture
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President - Enterprise Architecture to lead the architectural vision, strategy, and execution for our organization. In this role, you will oversee a talented team of approximately five direct reports, including Enterprise Architects, Business Architects, Solution Architects, and Quality Assurance professionals, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and innovative solutions aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of architectural initiatives that enhance efficiency, generate revenue, and provide competitive advantages in the market.
This role is fully onsite in Oklahoma City and offers a base salary of $210,000-$235,000, with an annual discretionary bonus opportunity of up to 15%. Paid relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. Full benefits package.
Required Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Software Development, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of direct enterprise architecture experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and leadership.
- Strong understanding of core technologies, including development tools, methodologies, package solutions, systems architecture, security techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in architectural principles, end-to-end system design, and integration.
- Proficiency in analyzing and implementing technologies that align with business strategy and priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, IT security standards, and best practices for enterprise architecture.
