About the Role :
As an Estimator / Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our drywall projects. You’ll utilize your expertise to prepare accurate estimates, manage projects effectively, and grow business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare estimates for Drywall, Stucco, Metal Framing, Insulation, A.C.T, and EIFS.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Provide value engineering suggestions and alternate pricing options.
- Communicate with general contractors verbally and through written correspondence.
- Lead and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional results.
