What You’ll Be Doing:
🔧 Boost Equipment Reliability – Implement reliability strategies that improve performance and reduce unplanned downtime.
🔍 Investigate & Solve Problems – Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment issues and drive solutions that last.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to optimize efficiency.
📊 Monitor & Improve Performance – Track equipment health metrics and recommend best practices for long-term success.
🛠 Develop Preventative Maintenance Plans – Help implement strategies that prevent breakdowns before they happen.
⚡ Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance plant safety, reliability, and productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Education: Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
✔ Experience: 3 years in reliability or maintenance within manufacturing; food industry experience is a plus.
✔ Technical Skills: Familiarity with PLCs, Lean principles, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies is a strong advantage.
