What You'll Do:

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and leading a high-performing team. Here's how you'll make a difference:

1. Optimize Material Handling & Inventory Management:

• Lead the flow of raw materials, components, and labels to manufacturing areas.
• Ensure accurate inventory control using cutting-edge warehouse management systems (e.g., ERPix, PeopleSoft).
• Manage the safe handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

1. Streamline Staging & Preparation Processes:

• Oversee the staging and preparation of materials to meet strict production timelines.
• Ensure flawless execution of labeling, spray-downs, and wipe-down procedures.

1. Drive Operational Efficiency:

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and warehouse organization.
• Supervise insert folding operations, ensuring equipment readiness and seamless production transitions.

1. Ensure Compliance & Safety Standards:

• Maintain operations in line with CGMP standards, FDA regulations, and state-specific requirements.
• Promote a safety-first culture and enforce rigorous adherence to SOPs.

1. Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team:

• Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment.
• Mentor and develop warehouse staff, providing clear guidance on goals and expectations.

1. Leverage Data for Success:

• Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive operational decisions.
• Prepare detailed performance reports to support strategic improvements.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3-5 years of warehouse supervision, ideally in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and compliance standards (CGMP, FDA).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire teams, communicate effectively, and drive operational success.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
• Innovation Mindset: Passion for identifying process improvements and optimizing workflows.
