General Accountant

Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with a leading global manufacturing company to find a detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leader known for its exceptional product performance and commitment to innovation in the professional imaging and production solutions space.

About the Role:

Join a dynamic global finance team in a role that combines technical accounting expertise with strategic thinking. The position offers flexibility to accommodate global communications while maintaining a work-life balance from our client's Chandler, Arizona location.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures as part of a two-day closing cycle
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Support audit processes and financial compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of experience in Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and ERP platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IFS or similar ERP systems
• Background in multinational companies
• Knowledge of free zone regime operations
