Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a CAD Technician for a full-time opening with an engineering firm in Raleigh, NC area.
As a CAD Technician, you would be responsible for create precise and accurate technical drawings in CAD (Computer Aided Design) software. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project managers.
This position offers a salary of $55,000 - $75,000, depending upon qualifications. Additional benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, matching 401(k), and three weeks of Paid Time Off.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and modifying technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications.
- Conducting site visits to collect data and ensure design accuracy.
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous training/certifications in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
