We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team and lead the charge in maintaining and growing our strong safety culture!
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established contractor with over 100 years of industry leadership. You will be leading a team of safety coordinators across a few different verticals to both promote and maintain our safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety audits, meetings, and inspections to ensure compliance
- Develop and implement safety and compliance training programs
- Guide project teams on health and safety requirements
- Investigate accidents/incidents and provide preventive solutions
- Maintain safety records and regulatory compliance
- Continuously evaluate and enhance safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Professional BSCP certifications – CSP or ASP preferred
- Construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
