Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water damage, fire, and other disasters. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in various environments. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in helping clients recover from unfortunate events and restore their properties to pre-loss conditions.

Duties

• Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Conduct fire restoration processes such as soot removal and odor control.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cleaning and restoration tasks.
• Clean carpets and upholstery as part of the restoration process.
• Build and repair structures as needed during the restoration process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques is highly desirable.
• Experience with carpet cleaning methods is beneficial.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.
