Welding Manager

A leading manufacturer in the renewable energy sector is hiring a Welding Manager to oversee welding operations, training, and quality improvements. If you have experience in heavy fabrication, welding supervision, and process improvement, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise weld technicians and manage the in-house welding school
✔ Troubleshoot welding techniques, defects, and equipment issues
✔ Improve welding efficiency and quality through process enhancements
✔ Conduct welding certifications and training sessions
✔ Assist in audits and ensure compliance with AWS D1.1 procedures
Qualifications:
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or ability to obtain within a year
Hands-on experience with FCAW, SAW, and GMAW welding processes
Strong leadership, training, and mentorship skills
At least 1 year of experience in Welding-related degree)
