What does an IICRC LEAD WATER TECHNICIAN / CREW CHIEF do?

• You will be making a difference and serving DENVER’S community when a water, fire, wind, or sewage disaster occurs.
• You are empathetic, a STRONG COMMUNICATOR and show a sense of urgency and love taking pride in a job well done!
• You have experience WORKING FOR A DISASTER RESTORATION COMPANY as a Crew Chief or Lead Water/Fire/Mold Technician.

• Salary range: $28.00 an hour with time and a half for overtime

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Desire to great company and contribute a positive attitude.
• IICRC Certifications including WRT (Ideal but not necessary)
• Dedication to customer service
• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.
• Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
• Desire to continually learn new things.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• Perform inspections on new losses and consult with customers on to mitigate the loss.
• Communicate with Insurance Adjusters, sub-contractors, and property owners throughout the mitigation process.
• Develop job documentation including scope notes and job monitoring.
• Lead crew to a high-level performance on water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
