What does an IICRC LEAD WATER TECHNICIAN / CREW CHIEF do?
- You will be making a difference and serving DENVER’S community when a water, fire, wind, or sewage disaster occurs.

- You have experience WORKING FOR A DISASTER RESTORATION COMPANY as a Crew Chief or Lead Water/Fire/Mold Technician.

- Salary range: $28.00 an hour with time and a half for overtime
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Desire to great company and contribute a positive attitude.
- IICRC Certifications including WRT (Ideal but not necessary)
- Dedication to customer service
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background.
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
- Desire to continually learn new things.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform inspections on new losses and consult with customers on to mitigate the loss.
- Communicate with Insurance Adjusters, sub-contractors, and property owners throughout the mitigation process.
- Develop job documentation including scope notes and job monitoring.
- Lead crew to a high-level performance on water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
- You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
