Project Manager

Outside PM Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-install site visits and meetings with internal teams in preparation for project work, making sure projects can begin as scheduled and all project knowledge is shared between all departments

• Serve as on-site coordinator and first point of contact throughout installation for external and internal teams

• Coordinate and monitor installation with 3rd party installers, does not directly manage employees.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Review scope of work with internal departments and external trades to analyze areas of concern in order to manage and minimize risk

• Plan delivery and installation phasing so projects are completed as efficiently as possible

• Oversee item tracking with help of sales administrators, and communicate with sales and design as needed to resolve any issues that arise based on installation schedule

• Communicate and coordinate installation and delivery plan with customer and other trades

• Ensure project is accurately set up and includes all relevant documentation, both digitally and printed

• Maintain steady and transparent communication throughout project lifecycle, and provide continuous updates to necessary parties (Customer, Sales, Design, Advantage)

• Facilitate the resolution of vendor, service, or design issues as they occur until project is complete

• Coordinate new requests and change orders until the project is complete

• Confirm all paperwork is returned and invoiced as quickly as possible once work is finished

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
