THE POSITION
Our Regional Managers lead a designated group of dental practices across each of our growing territories and are responsible for providing direction, leadership, and development of the region's management team. This position will have full accountability for achieving financial objectives, operating efficiency, and excellence in patient care. The Regional Manager will achieve results by building high-performing teams, optimizing operations, maximizing growth opportunities, and ensuring successful implementation of key organizational initiatives in the portfolio offices.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST HAVE 5 years experience in multi-site dental practice management including evening and weekend availability as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Regular travel within the region and occasional trips to flagship headquarters location (New Hyde Park, NY).
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and success-driven.
