Job Overview

Specialty Appliances is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage, analyze, and execute company marketing activities, from social media to email marketing and content development. The Marketing Specialist will work with cross-functional team members to drive new customer acquisition, increase cross-sell, and reduce attrition.

We operate with a startup mentality and are targeting to double sales and triple EBITDA in the next three years through acquisitions and organic growth.

Requirements

In this role, you will…

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Design and execute email marketing campaigns. Conduct A / B testing to optimize email success. Monitor and analyze email performance metrics.
Generate relevant and compelling content to be used across platforms (email, social, web articles, etc.) to drive consideration and intent by collaborating with cross-functional team members.
Develop and gain approval for tradeshow strategy. Manage execution of tradeshows from beginning to end.
Develop marketing materials for meetings, educational events, and advertising submissions.
Over time, own marketing strategies for our Specialty lab businesses.

In this role, you’ll need to have…

Bachelor's Degree

1-3 years of significant / broad marketing experience, digital marketing experience preferred.

Familiarity with dental, medical device, or medical technology industries preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Adobe applications.

Photography / videography experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
