We are currently looking for an Inbound Freight Coordinator to join our VALUES based organization. In this role you will focus on:
- Coordinate incoming deliveries with receiving team.
- Import container tracking.
- Maintain Comprehensive Filing System, and Data Entry.
- Strategic Coordination of schedules - equipment and driver utilization, coordination outsourcing as necessary.
- Dispatch Experience preferred
- Basic understanding of the transportation industry, FMCSA, DOT
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
