The IT Specialist is responsible to maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all
employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files
and information remain safe and intact.
Requirements :
Responsibilities of the IT Specialist include the following :
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 Management
- Microsoft Active Directory user management
- IPv4 LAN / WAN Network based troubleshooting
- Remote Desktop Support
- Error log event, Task Manager, and Resource management
- PC Hardware Support - Repair, Re-Imaging, Installations
- PC Operating System Support (Win10 / 8 / 7 / MAC OS)
- PC Applications support (Microsoft Office 365, Quickbooks, CPR )
- Windows Shared Network Folders
- Network printer support
- Network VOIP Phone device support
- iPhone device support
- IOS iPad Tablet Support
- Network fax support
- Network Scanner support
- Cloud Email Support
- FTP tools WinSCP / FileZilla
- Standard IT LAN / WAN
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Salary Description $30.00 - $35.50 per hour
