Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing various tasks related to coating processes, including masking and demasking. The successful candidate will have excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscope, and/or other support equipment.
- Inspect own work for quality compliance.
- May inspect, disassemble, clean, and/or refurbish and/or reassemble coating fixtures.
- Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required and appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Must clearly speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to communicate uncomplicated data, instructions, production results, quality issues, and similar subjects both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
