Job Responsibilities
As an ESD Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of coated products by performing various tasks related to ESD handling and control. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understand and follow ESD handling procedures and protocols.
- Identify and mitigate potential ESD risks.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure ESD-free environments.
You will also be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ESD-related process improvements.
- Providing training and guidance to new team members on ESD procedures and protocols.
- Monitoring and reporting ESD-related incidents and near misses.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Experience working in ESD-controlled environments.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
- A high degree of manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- The ability to distinguish between the colors of red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet.
