Job Responsibilities
As a Masking and Demasking Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of coated products by performing various tasks related to masking, demasking, inspection, and packaging. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and following established processes, work instructions, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs).
- Performing basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscope, and/or other support equipment.
- Inspecting own work for quality compliance.
- Maintaining a high level of punctuality and attendance.
You will also be responsible for:
- Operating precision measuring instruments and recording results.
- Performing daily tasks in a clean room environment while adhering to strict protocol and hygiene standards.
- Assisting in other areas or performing other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- The ability to clearly speak, read, and write English.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
- A high degree of manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- The ability to distinguish between the colors of red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet.
