What are the responsibilities and job description for the Masking and Demasking Technician position at Specialty Coating Systems?
About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong attention to detail and be able to follow procedures accurately. This role requires the ability to work in a seated position for extended periods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow designated processes, work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP's), and other written and/or verbal instructions.
- Operate precision measuring instruments and record results.
- May perform daily tasks in a clean room environment where compliance to clean room protocol, including PPE and hygiene standards, will be required.
- Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Ability to distinguish between the colors of red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet.
- Able to read at a 20/20 visual acuity using a Jaeger eye chart (near vision) with or without vision correction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
