Our Client is a second-generation family business that specializes in multifamily, with a 2,000-unit portfolio in NH and MA. They are in the process of undergoing a transformation, as they evolve into a multigenerational entity.
We are looking for someone who can build and lead their construction department during this transformation. Lead the planning and execution of multiple large capital projects on each of the communities and plan for future new construction on properties with available land for new development.
Lead an existing small construction team and add new staff as needed.
Coordinate with other senior executives in planning for new growth in the future.
