Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families warmly.
- Efficiently check in patients, verify insurance, and collect necessary documents.
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Process payments and discuss financial arrangements.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a tidy front office, waiting room and patient restroom.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a front office role (dental/medical office experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate).
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for excellent patient care.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable discussing financial options and insurance coverage.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software (experience with dental software is a plus).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
