H2 Ortho is currently adding Scheduling Coordinator to our team! We are adding an OUTGOING, fun, enthusiastic, hardworking person to our extremely talented team! This position will have a focus on scheduling appointments, answering phones, posting payments and being a liaison with patients entering into treatment. We strive on providing exceptional patient care. We are a fun, energetic practice to be part of.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for Orthodontics treatment
- Welcome patients into the office upon arrival, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
- Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
- Update necessary documents into patient chart
- Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments
- Follow up with patients who have missed their appointments to get them rescheduled
- Take records on patients including x-rays, photos and digital impressions
- Perform financial contracts and consents for patients starting treatment
Requirements
- Receptionist experience
