Requirements
Your Role:
As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Managing patient flow and coordinating efficient procedures
- Educating patients about orthodontic care
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our current treatment plans
- Prepare Financial treatment plans to present to patients
- Follow-up with patients regarding doctor’s treatment plans and schedule appointments
- Contact insurance companies to verify coverage and fee schedule. Complete insurance breakdown accurately and completely
- Present fees and give estimates of treatment. Document financial arrangements and commitments to pay.
- Routinely assist with administrative duties.
- Must Excel in forward thinking to anticipate the needs of the patient and our team
- Supporting community events and marketing efforts
You’ll work closely with the doctor and team who will guide and train you to succeed in your role.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of orthodontic experience preferred
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with both patients and team members
- Commitment to punctuality and flexibility to work extended hours when needed
