Responsibilities & Goals:
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Gathering and entering accurate patient information
- Performing friendly and professional communication via phone, email, and text messaging
- Maintaining the professional ambiance of the waiting room area
- Verifying patient information, and scheduling appointments
