Job Title: Insurance and Financial Coordinator (Orthodontics)
We are seeking an experienced Insurance and Financial Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and financial coordination, with a focus on orthodontics.
Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Coordinate financial arrangements with patients and families
- Manage patient accounts and ensure timely payment
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- Work closely with the orthodontist and other team members to ensure smooth operations of the practice
Requirements:
