We are seeking a Front Desk/Office Manager who is eager to lead our team and provide exceptional service. In this role, you will start by learning front desk duties, ensuring you’re well-equipped to manage the day-to-day processes of our office. As you grow in your role, you will learn to take on leadership responsibilities and overseeing the success of our team and patients. On clinic days, you will work directly in a patient care role at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing outstanding patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day leadership
- Serve as a liaison between doctors/directors and the team regarding work assignments and priorities
- Conduct audits of processes and procedures to ensure quality and consistency
- Start by learning and mastering front desk duties and assisting in patient daily processes
- Transition into the Office Manager role, leading the team and ensuring operational success
- Work on clinic days in the office to fill a position and support patient care
- Partner with HR to identify, select, and hire high-performing candidates
- Perform team member development, including but not limited to training, continuous coaching conversations, performance documentation, and disciplinary action as needed
