PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Check-in, check -out and answer questions the patient/parent has
- Collect and process personal data and insurance information for the family
- Schedule appointments for new and established patients
- Confidently speak with parents and collect various forms of payment as needed
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy policies
- Operating a computer and various office equipment
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment and personal appearance
- Answering the phone and handling all patient communications via text messaging and email
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
- Supporting the day-to-day success of the team
