Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of dental billing and insurance.
Familiarity with ADA codes
Creative problem solving skills
Negotiation skills
Experienced in oral and written communication.
Understanding of basic computer functions including practice management software
Skilled in managing incoming phone calls and making outbound phone calls.
Capable of working alone without constant supervision
Overall comprehension of office mission, vision and systems
Superb verbal skills with patients, insurance companies, third party companies and team
Strong mathematical capabilities
The ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
