About Us:

Our practice is committed to delivering outstanding dental care and creating a positive experience for every patient. We work four days a week with occasional Fridays and no weekends, allowing for a balanced work schedule.

Position Overview:

As a Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth and efficient patient care. You will assist chairside during dental procedures, manage patient flow, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area. We value self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Must enjoy working with children in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and record patient histories, and maintain accurate digital records.
• Prepare instruments, clean treatment areas, and sterilize equipment.
• Manage patient flow and keep treatment rooms organized.
• Perform routine cleanings and x-rays.
• Demonstrate a positive, warm, and professional demeanor.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and multitask effectively in a faced paced environment.
• Collaborate well with the team, bringing enthusiasm and respect.
• Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist with infection control.
• Help manage dental emergencies and provide postoperative instructions.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and care.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant
• X-Ray Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
