We are looking for someone organized and forward thinking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar role, excellent multitasking skills and the ability to balance priorities while delivering exceptional service to our patients.
Requirements :
Your primary responsibilities will be all things insurance related, such as I nsurance verification, filing claims, following up on claim denials and payment discrepancies, along with managing the insurance ageing.
Other responsibilities will include :
- Presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Entering contracts and verifying payment methods
- Manage and monitor patient past due accounts
- Assist with answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
- Answering patient and parent inquiries
- Maintaining exceptional customer service at every point of contact.
