Remote with travel (approximately 50%)
Job Summary :
Observe and evaluate implementation, operation, and optimization of dental revenue cycle management (RCM) software within Specialty Dental Brands. This role ensures that RCM systems are maintained, efficient, and precise to deliver accurate billing, timely claim submissions, and collection of patient payments by internal RCM partners. Additionally, the RCM Systems Analyst will assist with system access to RCM Software and Dental Insurance Payer Portals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the dental RCM software, including updates, configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with software vendors to address issues, implement new features, and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Manage system access to RCM Software and Dental Insurance Payer Portals.
- Provide comprehensive training documentation to RCM support staff and dental office staff on the proper use of the RCM software.
- Address staff inquiries regarding access, permissions, and proper use of RCM software.
