We are searching for an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our family and help guide our patients through their orthodontic journey. This position requires someone that is dedicated, dependable, and eager to help in creating a comfortable and friendly environment for our patients and the team.
Responsibilities Include

Responsibilities Include
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options, explain procedures, and educate them on the orthodontic process.
- Work closely with the orthodontist to coordinate and review treatment plans for each patient.
- Manage patient appointments and ensure efficient scheduling of follow-up visits, procedures, and consultations.
- Be the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment process for questions and concerns.
- Assist with insurance verification, processing claims, and explaining financial arrangements to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and treatment progress documentation.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team, including clinical assistants, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules and office policies.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by management.

Requirements
- Previous experience in orthodontics or dental field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered attitude.
- Proficient with office management software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
