The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with orthodontists and other dental staff
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive and friendly attitude to create a welcoming environment for patients
- Proactive approach to work and willingness to take initiative when needed
- Prior experience as an orthodontic dental assistant is preferred
- Proficiency in assisting with orthodontic procedures and treatments
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures related to orthodontics
- Ability to maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills in the dental field
- At least 2 years of Orthodontic dental assisting experience is preferred
- Be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
- Possess great understanding of dental terminology
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Works well with patients and team
- Be experienced in delivering high-level patient care
