Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming environment.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Schedule patient appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic flow.
- Handle patient registration and records, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Discuss financial matters with patients, providing clear and accurate information.
- Strong knowledge of dental and/or medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Professional and mature demeanor, with the ability to interact seamlessly with diverse personalities.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative 2-3 person desk environment.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
- 1 year of dental or medical experience
- Customer Service experience
- Passion for delivering the best experience
- Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented
