Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Explain treatment plans, options, and financial arrangements clearly and confidently.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Follow up with patients to address questions and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions between consultations and treatments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of orthodontic procedures and insurance policies.
- Ability to calculate financial agreements and articulate payment options to responsible party following financial guidelines
