Grinder

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Grinder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various grinding techniques and tools, ensuring precision and quality in the production of components. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Perform setup and adjustments on grinding equipment as necessary.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments for accurate work.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in grinding or related machining processes.
• Proficient in using hand tools and conducting quality inspections on machined parts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
