Auto Body Technician and Painter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition. You will ensure high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate should possess experience in auto body repair, painting, and fabrication.

Duties

• Perform body repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete repairs.
• Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a flawless finish.
• Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed during the repair process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide excellent service by communicating effectively with service regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Lift heavy parts and equipment as required during the repair process.

Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in auto painting techniques is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with auto body repair work.
• Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
