Sales Coordinator - Specialty Foods Group, LLC - Owensboro, KY

Job Summary : This position is responsible for tracking the implementation and execution of all deals, accruals, and pricing for assigned sales territories, also performing various accounts receivable functions, including posting deductions and allocation (match-off) or credits and debits on customer accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Works with customer service to research billing issues that are creating deduction issues
- Clears deductions from accounts and works with sales on reductions
- Enters data for check request
- Willingness to be cross-trained in various Customer Service functions to serve as a backup when needed
- Enters SAF when needed
- Knowledge of M3- Excel and all other basic computer skills
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems and Spreadsheet software.
