Duties
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records through data entry and account reconciliation.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions.
- Generate financial reports as needed, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Quicken for various bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Quicken.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Experience with account reconciliation and journal entries.
- Knowledge of general ledger reconciliation practices.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $23.18 - $24.30 per hour
